Hi, I am new to the social media.

But I am learning how to share with others and to seek help and information in regards to "RLS" - this is a whole new trip. Have had RLS on the 'legs' for years, but, fairly recent - last year or so I have started to have the whole body twitch. I can't go to movies or church without finally having to go stand in the back.

Have been on Ropinerole for 8 years or so. Most recently I started having this electric - vibration - going through my left leg. (like taking a leaf - and touching it to an electric fence). does anybody know what I mean? or What this is? what causes it? and what to do for it?

Fortunately - it is not painful - nor really distracting - like legs jerking and arms thrashing all over. But, was wondering if this is just progression of the neurological disorder?

Have you had to increase the Ropinerol dose recently ? You are fortunate to have got 8 years relief from it. I suspect you may have Augmentation or just increased rls due to getting older.

Let us know your medicating history - dosage and changes. and other meds you may have taken on board recently that might have affected you.

Not sure about the electric current feeling- could be a nerve misfiring- probably should get it checked out- or at least get a good massage nd see if that helps.
