So having rls and taking zyrtec for allergies makes you drowsy bother rls is this true, and is it better to take allegra or claratin

Hi I have taken Zyrtec and made no difference to me ,maybe everyone's different but with the pills most of us already take don't think it would make much difference dope wise ,and it didn't make my RLS any different

I haven't taken zyrtec but I do take Allegra and it doesn't have a bad effect on my RLS.

Allegra and Claritin are the safest ones for us. Antihistamines are tricky. I do know a lot of people who CAN take Zyrtec, myself included, so there are exceptions to everything.
