An old issue but very much still an issue

Hello Elisse. Could you please consider my post written earlier today. I am up again tonight and although I have taken temaze am still in trouble. Another night up. It really is becoming the norm. I agree with some of the others that hanging from the ceiling may be the only option. Cheena11

Hi Sunshine.

At least sunshine is a cheery take on your problem. Maybe it means there is hope for a sunny solution.

Last night I took the dog for a walk at 1pm. Fairly safe in my neighbourhood. And I have tried dusting. If I do it properly it is a bit of a distraction, which until I stop the activity provides a bit of relief. But how much dusting can you do in the middle of the night. Perhaps if I dust off my partner he will, at least be able to go to work without a shower in the morning providing him with an extra 30 minutes sleep!!

I am not trying to minimize any ones discomfort by being a bit " blaze". Sometimes it is good to interject a bit of humour!!! Hope it is not inappropriate?

Seriously though where do we all go from here. It seems from reading the post that everyone reacts differently to each medication, which is only to be expected, but everyone also seems to have a hard time either getting off inappropriate medication or changing medication. It is all such a long, frustrating process.

Not very helpful I'm afraid.
