Pregabalin and Targinact

Has anyone ever had any problems taking these two together?

Targinact is licensed for RLS in the UK not available in the States x

Yes, I am in the UK. It is a very powerful drug and leaves you very spaced out the next day. I'm glad I'm retired and don't have to do an onerous job!

It's just that the blurb for Pregabalin says that it sometimes leads to difficulties with Oxycodone (which Targinact contains).

Does anyone know what a good dosage of Pregabalin for very bad RLS sufferers would be? My doctor said take 25mg twice a day, but the dosage on some research papers seems way higher than that.

I'm using it to wean myself off a high Rotigatine intake.

I went on pregablin a few months ago and have been told to build up to 150mg twice a day.

Thanks, that's really helpful. I'm doing 100mg twice a day, and it's good to know there's some more headroom.
