No, blood pressure meds do not have any effect on RLS. At least I know they will not make RLS worse. They are one of the safe classes of meds for us, as far as a med that might make it worse. Like antidepressants (SSRI's and tricyclics) that are on the no no list, this one does not and has never made the "no no" list for RLSer's. Are you on any other meds that cold be affecting you?
