Help! Going mad

I'm currently at a 7 year investigation into pains in my ankles that comes and goes but is worse at night. It's a dull ache in them that is constant. In the morning they feel swollen s they crack, like knuckles. MRI results are next week. Any ideas

none at all chuck.  I have had it myself (the popping) but just in one ankle and not dependent on waking up - ie it could do it all day if it wanted

Let's hope it is something really simple and it turn up this time.

Have you tried curcumin or feverfew for pain relief?
