RLS

Have just found an app that's for RLS downloaded it but will wait for another night now as its to late but it has something to do with brain frequenties has anyone heard or tried this ? I just put restless leg syndrome in on my apps and this came up so will let you know how it goes ,you need good earphones

Is it off the Amazon store? There was one I tried for a while and although I don't think it worked my Mrs thinks it did. Now that I think of it I should start using it again!!

Hi raffs no it's just an app you put on your iPad or whatever you use ,go to apps write in the top right hand corner restless leg syndrome and a coupe of apps come up downloaded the free one ,it says you need good big ear phones and it sends different messages to the brain ,sounds a bit stupid but it can't make me much worse.

Don;t be so sure it can't hurt, but let us know. Almost any music that makes you feel relaxed is going to help at some level. Is it Vital Tones?

if it is , it is a person/young man trying to take advantage fo desperate people. Was it free, and what is the name of it?. We have dealt with that person for years here and in many other RLS groups.

Vital Tones is one of  THOSE companies, and they keep trying to get into our FB groups. NOT happening, it is a foolish thing, and several people have now "joined" the selling team, but of course, as usual, they "have our best interests at heart" even though all the groups specifically say absolutely no selling allowed. They never give up.
