Particularly anyone young, and ideally someone who also has found it reduced anxiety at the same time.
Anyone with that experience?

I had Pregablin for rls and it didn't help me nor did Gabapentin. Have you got rls
Pregablin didnt help my RLS but some have good results with it ,you can only try it for yourself and see ,good luck
No one yet reading this forum who has tried it and it helped.... Please let me know if anyone is out there.
Aspmama I know many people on other forums that it has helped.Very often it works better in combination with a pain med
I take Pregabalin and Slow Release Morphine 15mg twice a day, 50mg Pregabalin and 15mg SR Morphine in the morning and then 100mg Pregabalin and 15mg SR Morphine in the evening and so far it's working...I've also stopped taking my antidepressants and Propranolol. The evening dose does tend to make me sleepy but frankly I'm so overjoyed at being able to sit down in the evening and watch a TV program without all the stretching and thumping my legs with a great big massager that I am willing to put up with going to bed a little earlier!
I've suffered with RLS for over five years now and only recently self diagnosed because of this website. I printed off all the forms and presented them to my GP and told him which drugs I needed. I haven't looked back since. That said, I did try taking my antidepressant medication the other day and I've noticed the feint feelings starting, so I will stop them tomorrow as nothing is worth enduring the constant gnawing ache that only goes away when I move. Also, if I am late for a dose for whatever reason, it comes back.
I thank The heavens above that I found this site. After five years of tests of all descriptions and many useless visits to the pain management clinic, I am so happy to have some relief.
I've also recently been diagnosed with Polymyalgia and am now on Prednisilone. My doctor said I was too young (I'm 59) but a good friend of mine recommended me to her Rheumatologist who diagnosed it straight away. The steroids have their own problems but I feel well for the first time in years!
