Anyone get 24/7 symptoms?

Also does anyone get leg jerks/jolts in the day time?

Yeah, when its bad I get it at least 18 hours a day, with a break of a couple of hours if I'm lucky around midday.

Years ago it was only night/evening.

I can have symptoms any time from about 2.00 p.m. for the rest of the day and through the night when my meds aren't working. Thanks goodness for when the meds do work!!!

Yes, I get it at any time. A bit of careful management with extended release Ropinirole (just about) keeps me sane.

Yes I get that and arm jerks as well. The neurologist prescibed clonazipan (sorry about the spelling)

me i am 30 i have rls 24/7. i have tried every otc and rls medicines but nothing has fully got rid of symptoms.

Try Ivory Soap....sounds nuts right, but try it. It works.

Hi yes I had jerky legs in the evenings which slowly progressed to day time as well. GP prescribed sodium volproate which has really helped. Reduced the jerking by about 90 percent. Unfortunately it doesn't help my RLS for which I am still taking Ropinrole. I have an appointment next week with Dr Ron Pearce consultant at Charing Cross Hospital who has a special interest in RLS and movement disorders.
