Please visit rls-uk.org and there is a link to the forum on the front page of the website.

Thank you!

Hi Beady3, Not quite sure what you mean by "new forum site".

a. new community within HU

b. a new thread (post) within this or another HU community

c. a completely different website

d. an alternative chat room for which you'd need a new website as well

e. an alternative type of forum / chatroom where chat is still typed but its more like a normal face to face conversation with more or less immediate responses

f. a chatroom where chat is via the spoken word like through a normal phone or skype

or what ?

I clicked on your question and the heading was "New Forum" so I guess you have started a thread of your own.

How long have you suffered and what do you take for relief?

I meant no harm. I just know that sometimes things look different on the other end of the computer and I was letting you know that you had started a new thread. I truly meant no harm. I was just trying to help.

The new forum site is as The Chair has said. Its a forum separate from HU. Click on the link given. Then find which way you want to join, you have various options.

Have you found how to join the new forum yet Beady..?

Did I read a while ago someone asking if sugar could be a trigger for RLS.? I have noticed if I have to much sugar it starts my legs jumping even worse than normal.
