Sorry, no i dont agree with this site. There is no Absolute cure for RLS. Which is what this man states.

yep out of date and also results of studies that do not exist and he is breaking every copyright law known to man. And the name is AWFUL and so not TRUE. The Absolute CURE is a rip off and a figment of his warped imagination. NO doctors are backing him no matter what it may look like. This guy is a liar and we have had lots of dealings with him. There is no ABSOLUTE CURE.

Much of what he says is interesting, but he is out of date. Up to date and reliable is

It gives excellent information for your best chance at stopping

RLS. It may stop the symptoms completely for some and for

others it may not work. I do believe that we are getting much closer

to understanding RLS because there are many running trials of RLS treatments.

I think that every single good doctor out there will try lifestyle changes

first. This would be a great guide for someone who doesn't know what to

do when that is suggested. The experts on this forum agree that what works

for one doesn't work for the other. We all can agree that eating sugars is

one sure fire way to bring a night of RLS to us. There is no doubt about that.

When nothing is working, this could be an alternative OR complimenting type

of treatment. Some members have played around with diet and have figured

out that if we can only Stick to the diet, we can lessen the existence of RLS

completely...and if enough of us actually did Eat and live like this or try to

include these supplements and foods then we might be able to say that it's

the best shot at helping...

Sugar is not everyone's trigger. Sugar has no effect on my RLS. So, we cant lump everyone together and say sugar is a trigger for all. Yes, some people find certain foods can be their trigger or some drinks. But for a website to say they have the Absolute cure for RLS, isnt going to be true.

Sugar does not affect my RLS one bit. and neither does caffeine. So that is not true across the board, there is still no proof for this and certainly not for sugar. We all do NOT know that or agree with it.

Thank you Rahim50. Very informative. I can't get past the need to look for the cause rather than treat the symptoms. My sister's RLS completely disappeared after suffering for years. How and why? Kind regards, Dot.

Everyone is looking for causes and cures, for cancer, diabetes, the common cold, etc,. This does not mean we can stop treating any of these things including RLS. Why do people think that for RLS, there HAS to be an answer and they refuse to treat it? They would no stop treating epilepsy just because they have no known cause. We still have to survive and have quality of life and need to function! ;)

I knew that the word "Cure" would put a bee in a couple people's bonnet

and I know at least one, possibly a few more that do not like anything

from the "Absolute Cure" books, articles . nor do they want anything to do

with anything that has to do with their claims.

I am finding that taking the dopamine by pill is causing some ill side effects

and maybe a patch will work but for me I am looking for the way to get off

of the medicines entirely without having RLS and I will stand by this idea of

treating the vitamin deficiencies.. Some was tested for me and I am lacking

even though I am eating healthy. I am not eating the correct stuff and for

me, I need to supplement even further because I am having a hard time

eating it all. I am full before I have it all packed in.

I am tapering my dose of dopamine (pramipexole) as I include more of this

food. I am doing it slowly. I am so sick of taking medicine and then I have

to take medicine to counteract the side effects and the problem goes on

and on for me. I am eating to rid my body of inflammation and to rid my

body of toxins. This is a good start to do it.

You are right Yikes, i for one will always speak up if i see anything that claims to have a cure for RLS... There are treatments which can help with symptoms but as for a cure... no.

The word CURE and especially the Absolute CURE is not acceptable. and this guy has NO credentials that obsesses on this web site, the owner, I have been dealing with him for over a decade, and he definitely puts a "bee in my bonnet'! Let's see. the short list is copyright infringement, foundation bashing, DR. Weinstock did no real studies, he only compiled some data from other studies, and was paid. I follow the paper trail. He also has trashed Dr, B, the US foundation and names names in his agenda to take down the RLS-UK. So , no we do NOT like him. He was threatened with legal action for the fake counseling sessions for which he has no credentials. that is the short list of transgressions. by this guy! He was also advertising counseling sessions on his web site, and after I dealt with him, it is no longer there. He has no business charging people for counseling sessions. Definitely no credentials for that, and he knew he was busted so he took it off his web site. That reminds me to go check his site to make sure the "sessions" are not back up.

Hi Yikes,

I believe everybody could be his/her own doctor, because their body talk could clearly be heard.

Sorry, I have tried this method for more than a years time and it is NOT an absolute cure for mine problems with restless lehs. I wish it was.

in reply to

I believe there is no absolute cure for all rls sufferers, Yikes is right about the nature of cure for individuals.

NO, this guy has so much false info in his site it is not even funny. Anyone can rant and copy and paste and stretch the truth to further his own agenda, whish WAS advertising personal counseling sessions, which he is no way qualified to do. he SAYS he is not selling anything, but he has a new FB page every 5 minutes that says different and he was booted for pushing his stuff in this very group last year. He also bashes the RLS-UK in his blog, so not cool. sorry.
