Up at 3:15am with my naughty friend RLS, my legs are doing the Tango while my brain is saying "let me please go to sleep. My little dog Roxie is thinking bit early for a walk, so it's a walk round the garden and then a nice cup of tea and just maybe I might be able to get some rest. So I'll say best wishes for a good October and may the warm weather last a little longer...and so to bed fingers crossed.
