Look at this website rlshelp.org and the treatment page, it gives the dosage for Pregabelin (Lyrica) Yours is quite low but i hope it works for you. On another post, you said your were hallucinating, do you know what is causing that....?

Hi! Doctor did say that i may need to go up to the maximum of 200mg a day, but for now ime on 100 to see how i go. The hallucinating is when i dont sleep, i hear and see things. An example was when i were sat stroking a gremlin in my lap lol

I'm on 50 mg in the morning and then 100mg in the evening. It's worked like a dr am for the last couple of months but this evening it's coming back. I also take slow release morphine twice a day. Although tagging the is licensed for RLS my doctor would only give me SL morphine. It never ceases to amaze me, the lack of support people give when you tell them you have RLS. It's life changing, and not in a good way. Aargh! I really thought I had it sorted. My father suffers with RLS and was put on Lyrica and also had hallucinations...he had to come off them sadly. 😔😞
