Hello everyone, I just joined the group. 48 155lbs fairly active. I started experiencing RLS several years ago but on very rare instances.

About a few years ago my right hand mostly shoulder was experiencing the sensations, now it's my body (not hands or feet) every few months or so.

I will start keeping a log of what I consume to track this uncomfortable experience.

Have you discuss this with your doctor? I know that there are people with low iron level which causes RLS. It could be a good idea to get your blood checked.

This is a good forum. There are lots of different experiences with RLS but mostly I find it affirms that this a very real condition that deeply affects those that have it. It also is great to be part of community that doesn't see it as something silly but something that really affects our lives.
