Why am I not getting any mail from Restless Leg Symdrome?

I used to get a ping on my iPhone when an email arrived, but have not received any posts over the last 2 weeks. The only way I can get to the RLS site is by going via Google.

Hi blokie , I think you only get an alert when someone replies directly to you not whenever there is a general post

Yes, I've changed my browser to Google Chrome but not made any difference.

Check your account at HU RLS and tick some of the Contact Preferences Boxes if you would like notification from HU of messages received on this forum or any private messages you may receive. I belong to three forums on here and two of them are used very regularly, so hear from HU everyday. Some days no one contacts the RLS forum though.

Hi Kaarina, will have a look through my settings and see what's amiss but have not altered anything.

I have set my account so that I receive emails in response to something I have written, private messages, announcements etc from HU, any clinical trials on offer and a daily summary of what is new in my chosen communities.
