after surgery restless legs get worse.I am on Mirapex and also stress out from 3 surgeries, Mirapex does not seem to work as it did.

I do not know what to do if it augmentation do I need a change of medicine or is it just stress by the surgerys

Tramadol was the only thing that helped me when getting off the dopamine agonists (mirapex, requip, nupro). 50 mg twice a day.

Hi able, sounds like your having a rough time with all the surgeries.If it is augmentation you will find your rls symptoms start earlier in the day than before treatment , that symptoms may spread to other parts of your body usually arms and your meds dont work aswell at night.Does this sound like the problem you are having with mirapex?
