Could you tell us more? What led to your change in diet? Do you have any idea of the reason it works?

How wonderful for you! But it didn't help me, I've been gluten free for three years and I'v been without all milk products during the same time.

Wow, that's fantastic & worth a try for some of us. I have friends who are gluten free & have been experimenting with new recipes. Lovely, light cakes, pastry for pies etc..really delicious.

I'm from a family with 1 sister and 1 brother who have rls.

My brother eats everything and anything he can get his hands on. He's skinny

I hate him for getting the good metabolism. He has RLS

I do gluten free and have been for 3 years. I have RLS

My sister eats very light meals and she is the picture of health. She has RLS.

We are all physically active. My sister did pramipexole for 2 years. She lost

it to augmentation. She ended up taking a narcotic on the worst nights. My

brother and I take nothing. I have it bad like my sister. My brother has it only

sometimes.

I have found that grains give me gas and the gas causes the rls.

Gwenlou: I do not understand how gas in your intestinal can give RLS wich is neurological, please explain.
