I have suffered from RLS for the past 10 years (I am 70 years of age) and it is getting worse and happens 24/7, now suffering from diabetes.

Diabetes complicates things. I'm sorry that you are feeling so poorly.
It's hard to say if you have a lower leg circulation problem going on or
if it's RLS alone. Have you seen a doctor lately about your health?
If not, you probably should.
