Really interested to read about the relief he gets from Jigsaw puzzles. I discovered that about six months ago and constantly have a puzzle on the go to concentrate on when the legs get bad. I would definitely recommend trying it and pleased that I could show the article to my husband who thinks I am slightly mad!
