There is at least one person that I am going to show this to..it's very good

stuff..I like the articles that you find because they are straight to the point in

short, easy to comprehend sentences..this one is of particular interest to my

daughter who is a nursing student...she can remember things more easily when

presented to her in this way...she was like huh? when she saw that there are

a few more ways that the medicines come other than in cigs and brownies..

the pills and the spray took her by surprise..I can see the wheels turning already..

haha. She is so anti drug anyway..this is good for her to see that it does have a

place in the medical word..she is a first year nursing student as a part timer..she

is still in High School, a senior. She has all of her generals finished for college

except chemistry which she is finishing up right now..until Jan.. She's a little

smart cookie but not when it comes to drugs. Thanks for this article and I still

refer people to your last article which was about the two main types of marijuana..

I tell people that you are the expert..Just kidding..but you are, right? =)

Dronabinol says not to use with pain pills or if you have parkinsons..

but says nothing about people who take dopamine drugs..It's pretty

specific about the drugs that you can't be taking with this pill...says

Avoid using other medicines that affect the central nervous system (such as stimulants, diet pills, cold medicine, pain medication, muscle relaxers, and medicine for seizures, depression, anxiety, mental illness, or Parkinson's disease). These other drugs can add to the effects of dronabinol.

I am thinking that this medicine must be extremely powerful..it's been in the states

since 1985? this is the first that I have ever heard of it...It sounds to me like

this is the one kind that will give you that 'High" feeling, am I right? so

this wouldn't be the one to ask for for RLS? I bet this would clear up depression in

someone in no time at all..

endocannabinoids would probably do the same thing as a good anti-depressant

would do for me..anti-depressants do a fair job of helping with pain perception on

me..I take paxil..I have to say that it works well however, it's not the best for

rls so maybe this is an alternative..Paxil for me takes away some emotions

as well..I do not feel as deeply as I used to prior to taking it..but it certainly

doesn't slow me down physically..I actually lost weight on it..

Didn't even know that sativex was available in the states and it's been here

since 2006? I bet the doctors are hoarding it for themselves..I have not heard

of a single person that is taking spray form marijuana..yeppers, I could hold

that under my tongue for a long time...is that the kind, Rahim, that will relax

the muscles and the respiration? Is that the one that would work well to get

sleep and relief from rls, pain, etc? I see that that one is one that is reserved

for cancer usually..it reduces spasms ...sounds like an answer to RLS as

long as it's not the type to rev us up..calm is the goal..restful is the hopeful

result....do you know much about this one?

I am in the US, and cannabis is legal in about half the states for medical use, and has been legalized totally in two states. I do know several people who are helped by the right strain of medical cannabis. Lots of talk about it at the pain clinic where I go. Whatever works, is what I say. ;)

Ha,

It looks like nobody dares to check it out by herself, I guaranty it will not kill us,

I have it a lot but I just smoke with my friend once a week, cos my pain is not that bad,

I may use it more often if I feel worse pain, I suppose there is no addiction in smoking it but some people who smoke for fun may not resist stopping. :(

Not what you're looking for?
