Saying Hi new to forums and after battling for a diagnosis my confidence is very shaky about what I can expect going forward.

Health had stabilized after the flu like start things seemed ok which gave a chance for a bit more time out of bed but it has come back like a tidal wave and everything is loads worse than it ever was.

There is a padlock thing that keeps what you say among us if your nervous or send private messages. At the beginning I watched without saying anything so your doing great getting straight on with making friends.

Firstly a warm welcome before it slips my memory and secondly a sudden onset is the way most are laid low with this from active into housebound a great shock for anyone.

However things are keeping some hope alive that getting through rough patches will be over swiftly with improvement coming back again even slow progress, that is frustrating is progress.

keep in touch here as often as health permits x
