In Cancer the word is remission its still there so no cure for ME. With a disease thats very up and down with good days or bad ones using remission is more of the truth.

Precedent for retracting research ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/262...

when it has ethical flaws that require special care in research with social implications.

Remaining as recommended treatment within NICE guideline CG53 would be such social implications in rational science without front loaded results.

NIH P2P rated the trial unreliable poor quality retracting research.

Oxford criteria poorly defines a research cohort and agreement on retiring was unopposed by the committee.

In a changing world some things remain the same with old excuses for altering protocols in order the theories proposed could be justified.

Psychiatrists quicksand the more you struggle for freedom the deeper sink any chance of escape, not since the witch finder general has such logic prevailed as acceptable explanation of the unknown.

From facebook not saying it's true only sharing.

"It's dawned on me that they are classing that got nothing as having received

specialist medical care........ talk about spin.

You got nothing, not even them saying ok your gp will do a review with you, see if

any medication can help which is the least I would expect to class this group as specialist medical care.

This was not a group that received SMC much more accurate to say there was no intervention.

Also I was not contacted for2.5 year follow up"
