We are always here to support you. I see you're smoking 2 to 5 cigs a day since the 12th and stopped taking chantix. Would you consider using another form of NRT to help you? Have a read of the pinned post 'which NRT would suit you', it'll give you an idea about what else is available. You have done really well and let's see if we can get you off those last few cigs😊
