That's brilliant Sukeen1 :D :D

You really are doing well, just think that by now;

- Unless you are using NRT - you will have no nicotine in your system.

- You will not have any of the 4,000 plus chemicals and poisonous toxins in your body - including carbon monoxide.

- Your hair, clothes and breath will be smelling much, much fresher.

- Your circulation will have improved and will continue to do so.

... this list has plenty more to be added to it too!

Well I am still going good guys, I myself use ecig got the nic down to 6mg now and still very positive. I have copd and asthma so I done it for my health and because I want to see my grandchildren married and live to see my great grandchildren one day lol. I have just had exasperation of my copd and asthma and controlled it very well myself at home not having to go in hospital for meds etc so I really am feeling the benefits all round and even in my purse, oh and yes I have treat myself with the penny's that would have gone into the giant tobacco company's pockets. Thanks for all your support and well done to the person who has also done 6weeks oh sorry 7 weeks now x x
