Hi Joanne, I used the inhalator to help me stop, I found it suited me. I also got them from Boots as they usually had an offer on their own brand. they also had 2 different strengths so when your ready it is easier to cut down. Good Luck you can do it.

hiya eye! seen liz this morning, she gave me loads of advice, also told me I'm doing well and to stick with the champix. She also gave me a tool to distract myself which I find was very nice of her. Considering I was on 40 a day, now down to 15, it's looking like there will be such a positive outcome. Thank you for all your support, I'll keep you updated
