There is slow and steady then there is Me.

I'm not too worried but it's taking me some time to get going with these. I did week one day one and it was great, I felt it a bit the next day and thought woohoo I'm building muscles again. Then I went to do them again and I couldn't even manage one. I think I need more rest days inbetween as I am coming back from a shoulder injury. The good news is that even if I manage two sessions a week it will be two more than I was doing before so I am going to persevere but extra rest days. Good luck everyone.

My second lot were hard.

My muscles were still hurting. But I actually found that I ached less after doing them, oddly enough.

I guess your shoulder injury is bound to make this sort of exercise more difficult, so I think you're very wise to take your time. It's just like c25k - go at your own pace and reap the benefits. Good luck m'dear :)

You can't be as slow as me. I've STILL only done w1d2. I really want to do this, but remembering, and actually doing it seem to be very elusive. I'm not giving up yet though.

Some times you will need more of a break depending on your level of soreness. The idea is to keep up the momentum but some days you just can't stand the pain in your shoulders so you have to take a day off. You can always do something else though. I'm walking the dog today instead
