I've decided to start on the push up challenge -http://hundredpushups.com/ - this Saturday.
I'll do the test and let you know how I get on.
I haven't done exercise for a couple of years now, so I want to see how long it takes before my arms give way and I'm flat on my face. I also like the idea of videoing myself or something like that.
Maybe I should do a muscle timelapse or something too.
I had a great suggestion of using pushupslogger.com/ from Ugifer, so I'll start by using that.
