After years of anticipatory grief, which most of you all here are going through, I am left very disoriented and exhausted. Anyway, I am writing as in the last 3-4 weeks I have fallen more than once. Last night a bit more serious.
This may just be due to my state of being and tiredness, but, being 60, and having had a mother with PSP, I would like to be able to check for Tau protein in my brain or any other tests that could reveal or reassure.
I am in the UK, in London.
If you have any pointers, I'd appreciate it.
Sending waves of strength and hopes you each take extra care of yourselves whilst caring for your beloved one,
Antonella

Luis is a wealth of information... like so many folks on this site.Like you... my mom had PSP. Like you falling was one of my issues & l wondered if PSP could be inherited.
Most of what l researched was a big NO. However there were a few Yes articles.
I look forward to reading the information Luis has shared.
