On Friday we held our first face to face meeting since Covid started and met in our new venue in Bramhill.

It was lovely to see familiar faces and (unfortunately) several new ones. We had some laughs, shed some tears and shared some hugs. We had tea and coffee and cake. We shared experiences of what we had found useful in coping, to help others and just had a good ol' chat.

The time went superfast and it seemed in no time at all we were saying goodbye and promising to see each other at the next meeting.

If you live within travelling distance of Bramhall you would be very welcome to join us too.

Our next meeting is on 9th September 1.45pm, details on the PSPA website.
