My wife has PSP for over a year now and has stinging pins and needles in her legs. What to do?

Hi BlairWit!Usually it is a trapped nerve somehow as you can shake out the feelings, which tends to happen once the blood is maintained to that area.

With some frequency I have pins and needles on the fingers of my hand and one thigh.

A rehabilitation doctor has recommended to me some physical exercises for the neck and waist that I do every morning. That gymnastics table has substantially improved the situation in my case.

Massage sessions are also helpful.

In any case, a consultation with the doctor is timely since the cause of "pins and needles" may be another.

Hug and luck.

Hi BlairWit. What you're describing sounds like neuropathy - nerve pain. Don't be alarmed if your wife experiences this in other areas of the body as well. There is medication, but I try exercising the legs (if able to do so) first.
