It is an opium poppy not that there is any drugs in them in uk .Thank you they come in all colours I just save the seeds every year I think it’s just pot luck what colours come up they are particularly lovely this year

Wow... what a great photo! I have never seen a white poppy either. Very impressive and l love the bee. Gardens seem to bring us all together with their beauty. I have been able to enjoy my coffee on the porch & watch the hummingbirds. Hubby is doing a good job filling the feeders. I had a good report from my doctor this week so now l am concentrating on healing slowly & not over doing. Sending hugs... Granni B

I am so glad to hear that you had a good report from the doctor and that you are now recovering. The garden is a beautiful place to be in for recovery. Just listen to your body and recover in your own time. Lots of love AliBee xx

Here in NC USA my hydragena are outstanding this year-mine are all various shades of deep blue to soft baby blue. I picked some for inside the house yesterday. Don't know how to post picture-technology challenged, LOL !!
