Is anyone taking lion's mane for their PSP? Just seen a very interesting video where mycologist Paul Stamets is interviewed by Joe Rogan. There have been some very interesting studies in rodents relating to amaloid plaques and I'm wondering if it might have an affect ot Tau tangles

I just started taking it mostly for fatigue after reading many good things about it. I'll report back in 2 months !

It's a medicinal mushroom. Give it a google.. or even a youtube. I have a coiple of books by Paul Stamets who is the worlds leading fungus expert and he's quite an amazing guy. His books are massive thick tomes like a large phone book but so interesting I've read them cover to cover which is not like me.

Thank you! I was too tired (lazy?) to look it up. Lol

So have mother in law for a couple of weeks and she seems a lot more chatty and present. Finding her words more easily. Only on 1 pill a day up to now but increasing to 2 now. She was coming out of the shadow of an antidepressant that didn't agree with her so it's hard to say exactly how much is attributable to the lion's mane. But all signs point to good. A xx
