Hi my brother Larry has had PSP going on 9 years at this point he is only up in his wheel chair couple hours in the morning and a couple hours in the afternoon, sleeps a good amount of time, have noticed the last month, when I get him up in the morning his knee caps are white, wondering if that he can’t be up enough or his circulation in his legs he is not swollen at all, Nettie

Poor circulation will also produce skin that is cool, possibly cold to the touch. Does he complain of any pain? Are his legs elevated while in bed? I'd make a note of the condition and let the doctor know.

Hello. My husband is 13 years into CBD and his schedule is somewhat similar to your brother’s . I have not noticed the problem you described, though his circulation is poor and he is often uncomfortably hot or chilled. Agree on consulting neurologist about it. Is he experiencing any new discomfort from the knees?

Hi thanks to you getting back to me, it’s strange his knees are pure white, but not cold to the touch I really think it is circulation he is not up much, we do elevate is legs but because of the stiffness can’t do much, another strange symptom of PSP. Take care Nettie
