Azp2006 trials for PSP
Well, they said it should begin by mid september/October, in Paris FR & Lille FR, 36 people will participate in the phase 2a, my mom was supposed to take part in this phase 2a trials but couldnt for some administrative reasons ...
Any news on this? Was your mom able to take part in this?
My mom didn't get enrolled unfo. but the trial got delayed due to Covid, in the meantine they managed to do the trial on some volunteers , bear in mind that this is just Phase 2A, if there will be any positive outcome it won't be available until 4/5 years from now....

Thanks for your reply Adam. I was checking their website and the video on the front page (the link below) - get to 1:35 for a few seconds...
Says the drug will be in the market in 2022 - barring a few months delays I am really hoping they can at-least see if emergency dosage is possible in 2022 :). Hope your mom is holding strong!

Anish.

I live in Lille FR, the latest news from the Alzprotect CEO were shared during this conference, he said that he's expecting Phase2a results to be established circa mid-2021, the AZP2006 is the molecule subjet to the trials, 36 patients are expected to receive this in first months of 2021 as mentionned, but they need more money to keep on investigating ... their budget is limited, they 10 people i believe, (they're calling investors to put more funds) ... compared to Biogen labs or UCB currently developping similar trials...
Thanks Adam. Can your mom not get a chance if they haven’t yet recruited all 36? I wrote to them and it looks like no one outside of France is planned right now. It may be a worth checking if they may accept your mom?
Anybody know if this trial is available in Canada?
