When in doubt ...dance it out!

We managed to get back down to the beach yesterday ... before we return to chilly Ohio weather. She’s holding on for dear life, and I have her balanced... she squeezing the life out of my hand .... but only those of you know this fact ...

Otherwise, this picture captures the moment perfectly! Pure joy of being able to stand and absorb the moment of feeling normal ... wind in our hair, and the sound of crashing waves!

I too hold mum up and dance usually to Connie Francis my beautiful tenasee waltz. I have shared your mum's smile with my mum in the past and told her that she has CBD just like her.

Beautiful picture of LOVE! If nothing else when one faces things such as these hideous diseases it shows us all how precious every moment with our loved ones are. Tiny moments of joy are so wonderful which we all treasure.

My health has suffered of late, been sick for over a week, not the flu, not sure what it is but am getting better now but it is clear that I really need to take care of myself because my husband can not do a lot, it has been a tough week.....your picture made me smile!!!
