Hi y'all. This is a medical Botox procedure for blepharospasms. I've been receiving the injections for three years... they're effective for me. I wrote about the procedure in my book - a chapter called Cold Hard Steel. I posted the picture as a lark... this was the worst shiner in three years.

Tim, I do remember reading about the Botox treatments in your book.

You are very brave to search out & try new procedures that work for you.

Your book is extremely informative as it sheds light on your personal experiences with PSP.

I only wish l had read it when my mom was alive but that was not possible because you had not written it yet.

I highly recommend Tim's book to eberyone. (I love his humor as you all know).

Grannie B you are right about Tim's book. I haven't really been able to read since my husband died. However Tim's book has made me laugh/smile/cry and want to read the next one.

If you haven't bought it I can really recommend it. Tim is also giving the proceeds to PSP both in the UK and the US. That is reason enough but as Granni B said I too wish this book had been there when my husband was alive. So splash out! It is not expensive and you can get it via Amazon.
