I love the picture and it will be a very helpful visual aid tonight when I share my plan with my hubby . . .

Thanks Luis but we are good for now. I love the picture you posted and it really got the ball rolling on this project.

We have a plan on paper . . . Hubby's business is home repairs so he had some good ideas on the layout for the new room. I know the project will take us a while but I am happy to know that it is a plan.

I will miss my laundry room . . . washer and dryer will need to go to the basement. Guess I will research the small washer/dryers that are stacked on top of each other. Maybe we can fit one of those into the kitchen.
