Margie I have never heard of it. However we are told that PSP is progressive and there is no cure? Perhaps this helps delay the full onset of Parkinson's? If I were you I would ask your Neurologist who will have heard of it and know what it does?

Interesting. TUDCA seems to be the ingredient I had not heard of, maybe because it is associated with liver and lymphatic system health. The others my husband is taking. There is 2014 research that said TUDCA or a specific small-molecule inhibitor of the PERK signaling pathway, inhibits the metabolic stress-induced phosphorylation of tau. I didn't think tau was involved in PD, just AD, PSP, etc. The research thought it might be useful in early intervention, which would make it too late to be of benefit for my husband who is entering his 6th year since diagnosis.
