Debbieann you could always write to EastEnders and suggest Ian Beale comes down with some rare brain condition!

Actually I have already done this!! but I suggested Phil Mitchel because of his drinking it would be mistaken for drunkeness.Tho later I rethought it and thought he might not get any sympathy so Dot Cotton would be better.I did wonder if "Doctors" would tackle it but then everything is solved in 30minutes and PSP takes more time as we all know.

We had an optician call and he said he couldn't help til the cataracts were removed. This means several trips to Bath which we hate and then presumably a general anaesthetic maybe a night in?Des is 81.Has anyone else had this done and has PSP, our GP advises against but now I worry cash is their consideration more than Des.Would it help if he still had double vision, and how can we judge without knowing the outcome? Why are there more questions than answers?Px

I have had two cataracts removed and was diagnosed (wrongly) with Parkinson's at about the same time, The operation took place under local operations and was completed painlessly In a day one eye at a time, three months between eyes.

I was just 65 and seeing the doctor for stumbles and loss of balance at the same time. While I can see again I would far rather I could walk.
