Your best bet is to find a geriatric dentist and you'll probably have to give a little extra muscle relaxer to your loved one.

I have recently taken my husband to the local hospital dental department, they were fantastic and although they had not heard of PSP they did some research before we got there. I wrote to my GP for a referal. Unfortunately maybe not much help to you as I live near Skipton, N. Yorkshire but maybe your local hospital has the same facility. Good luck x
