Most dentist will not have been trained to know about PSP, but they will know about Parkinson's disease, and both have similar dental problems. A normal GDP should be OK, but someone who is kind, considerate and patient is the most important qualification. Your PCT will be able to provide you with a list of surgeries which are registered as being suitable for people with disabilities, and they can arrange a domiciliary appointment (in your own home) if neccessary, though the assessment and treatment there can be limited. I'm afraid I can't recommend anyone in your area. My best wishes to you and your family.
