I like Levitra. Some prefer Cialis or Stendra. Try them all and see what works best for you.
As Tall_Allen said, try them all; keep trying until you find one that works for you. Each has a list of potential side effects; those side-effects are very person-specific so you may not get them, or tolerably mildly, or rarely strong and intolerable. And if none of the pills work, there are injectables, and other options; same story on possible side-effects for each of them.
So you are looking for a balance of erectile strength and stamina vs. a lack (or at least minimal and tolerable) side effects. A valid positive test is not a single event; effectiveness and side-effects don't necessarily show up in the first (or first few) uses. These are powerful drugs, and your body may take its own time deciding how it will react to each one. Similarly, our bodies change over the years, so tolerance to and effectiveness of your chosen drug may change.
For me, Viagra was effective for many months, but then most of the listed bad reactions started. Levitra was side-effect free and also desired effect almost-free. Cialis has been my effective choice for at least a dozen years now. I have also tried Edex injectable, found it very effective with one tolerable/manageable side-effect.
I think it fair to paraphrase: "Your Mileage Will Vary".
I got awful gastric reflux with tadalifil. I had to take an acid controller if I took it.
