Hi, hope you are well, In my case my Gleason score were mostly 9 & 10's very aggressive my treatment included 5 treatments of Firmagon , 6 treatments of chemo , 25 external beam radiation and radio active seed implants, oral hormone therapy and Lupron injections . i am still doing the oral hormone therapy and the Lupron which will end this December, yes ED is an issure

That seems like a lot of different things were done. I thought that you and your doctor decided on one treatment. Did you consider a radical prostatectomy? When did you start the process and how is it going? I did a robotic RP in Feb. 2020, about year and a half. My PSA's have been clean, no cancer. I feel very lucky but there are down sides as you know. Trying to get my penis back in shape with some success aided by occasional sildenafil and lots of jerking off to porn. considering the Eddie but it's expensive.Also, are you in the Rehoboth/Lewes area?

yes we discussed all options, i decided on the treatment plan, i do live in the Lewes Rehoboth area , i started my treatment in August of 2019
