How long after Marker Placement and Spaceoar Gel implant pre Cyberknife radiation is sex ok?

Marker implant
I am not sure if there is a definitive answer to that. For me it was when everything settled down again. Maybe 6 days or so.
Thanks for your reply, daveh121, Tall_Allen suggested that anal should wait in case the the jell would move and that there might be inflammation from the radiation. This would be the month between markers being placed and the actual Cyberknife radiation. Plenty of other ways my husband and I can enjoy ourselves.
That makes sense.
I had 5 doses of external radiation about 2 years ago. Everything worked well with no side affects so far.
Hope all goes well with you.
Thanks daveh121 I am waiting at this very moment in the hospital waiting room for my husband to have his fiducials and Space oar gel put in. He is a candidate for Cyberknife also. We were both diagnosed with PC the same month. I finished my Cyber knife radiation March 31. No issues. Hoping he has the same success I did and our numbers continue to come down. My first PSA went from 9.2 to 2.1. Worst part was having the markers put in. Wishing you continued good health.
The fiducials won't move. But maybe getting fucked can move the gel. And then you won't want to be fucked while the tissue is inflamed from the radiation. Best wait for a few months after radiation.
Thanks Tall_Allen for your advice. Would definitely stay away from fucking once radiation starts. Markers go in September 2 and he won't start Cyberknife until the end of September. What about ejaculation, by masturbation and or oral pre radiation after markers and gel are implanted. Would there be a problem with that?
I had completed my SBRT in July. Masturbation and/or oral with the markers and gel were not an issue. However, during SBRT (5 RX TX) tried to masturbate and I wouldn't suggest it. It was very painful and had to stop. A week after treatment was completed I was able to masturbate w/o any issues. Again we are all different as to how our bodies respond and how RX may or may not have certain effects.
