Penile implant
GeeJayMN, I got my penile implant April 2016, and for me it was the best decision that I have made. I have never regretted having the procedure done.
So tell me more. What’s it like? What do you lose? What’s it like not inflated? Hows sex?
Hello. I am 71. Prostate surgery 2009. I had a penal implant Jan 2015. An excellent decision for me. I lost a bit of length but that's ok cause I can have a hard penis whenever I want. In fact I am firm even before I use the pump. Another downside is that my penis head stays relatively soft as the tubes do not enter the head. As an aside when I ejaculate, because I have no prostate, I ejaculate some urine when I orgasm. Ask me any other questions if you like.
Dale can you share your info with me also because I am thinking the same thing
Hi! Saw the doctor on Friday. Have a surgeon consult in April and probably do the surgery in June. Traveling between times thus the delay. And a bit more time to decide. Get semi hard now and I hate to give that up. No BF at the moment urging me on with a reward at the end! 😊
What is your situation? 72 male, 4 years post op. Nerves spared. Some ED before. Med and injections not working. Hope to hear from you.

Thanks for your response. I am curious... climaxing when naturally erect always feels better than climaxing while flaccid. With an implant, is the feeling at climax the same as with a natural erection?
I'm interested to know more, also. Just started Trimix and it works really well, but implant seems like a viable option as well. May sound crazy, but I'd be interested in seeing one in the flesh, how it works, feels, etc.. It's a huge decision without being able to fully explore.

Thanks for responding... you've answered my question. On the urine issue, I experience the same now. I have mixed feelings about it, given it definitely feels better to shoot something!
Yes I agree. Do you have an implant.
I just started experimenting with Trimix, but more and more considering the implant. The shots work great, but I find myself usually having to take Sudafed, sit in warm baths, get on the elliptical to get the blood pumping... all after an erection lasting more than 4 hours. Not cool.
