After my 3rd Cyberknife radiation treatment on 3/27 sensations of wanting to urinate frequently and soreness in the rectum and between my legs progressively got worse. 5th and final treatment was on 3/31. Sensations continued. Last night 4/3 discomfort improved and today I was able to have a decent orgasm and came quite a bit. Consistancy thinner than usual. Erection was not as firm as it had been and there was a slight burning sensation when I ejaculated. So 8 to 9 days later things are looking up. Hoping it continues to improve and only gets better. Husband is happy. Wishing all of you successes, good health and thanks for all the wonderful advice. It's an amazing group.

Sounds like you got thru it pretty good if you ask me! Hopefully when you begin to get your PSA numbers they reflect what you want to happen. I guess it can bounce (I'm in the middle of my RT) and it's common for it to do that. Hope you reach your nadir soon and it's what you expect and want! Good luck!
