Has anyone used a fitness trainer and nutritionist post pc treatments? I am feeling I may need some assistance in getting my body back to a healthy fit condition. I live in Brooklyn, NY and work in Manhattan if anyone knows someone they can recommend.
Cheers

I know a good trainer who is not affiliated with a specific gym. He works independently and moves from location to location depending on the client. He works Brooklyn & Manhattan. I worked out with him a few years ago and thought he was great. We still keep in touch.
I need to get back in the gym as well because I’ve gained a lot of weight. The nutritionist you can probably find through your primary physician. Would you like me to see if my trainer contact is taking new clients?
Hello my trainer (@equinox e 53rd) developed a training program in anticipation of me having to do ADT. We also consulted with Ali Gilbert, who is a trainer that specializes in men’s training and testosterone. If you want their contact info, email me at alexcohenfw@gmail.com
I am doing immunotherapy as I have agenetic mutation and because my previous colon cancer treatment doesn’t make surgery or radiation very possible. So I haven’t had to do ADT.
