My pelvic floor therapist suggested my getting a penile clamp, specifically Bard Cunningham, for urinary leakage. Does anyone have experience using this or other clamps? What’s your feedback?

I tried one and couldn't wear it for long periods, it was uncomfortable after awhile. Unfortunately my incontinence continued until I had surgery to install an artificial urinary sphincter (AMS800). This gave me my life back after wearing depends underwear for 18 months. This sometimes happens to some patients and others have no incontinence after surgery at all. Keep everything in perspective...I am 28 months cancer-free now!
It was named Bard Cunningham Clamp, but in reality it should have been named Medieval Torture Device....
