Other than having some trouble urinating right after (they think mostly because of the anesthesia) it was scary, but really pretty easy. Peed all night so guess for now waterworks are working. Dr. Z seemed very pleased. 50-something Palladium seeds.

Now we wait a month for follow up, then first test in August.

You've started low dose ED meds, right?

Yep. They give me a headache but I am on 20mg of Sildenafil daily.

Perhaps 5 mg Cialis won't give you a headache

I'll ask the doctor. Right now I'm so happy to be through this big step. I trust them implicitly, and they haven't steered me wrong yet. I know these side effects will start coming, but right now I feel like a million bucks. Probably just the stress relief. This all started over a year ago. It's been quite a long scary haul!
