How long have you been on Lupron and how soon after the radiation and the ADT did the pain start? Was it a sudden onset? A timeline would help. e.g.:

Date of ADT initiation and what other side effects came on, and when? Including erectile function.

Date of Radiation therapy and what kind?

Date of onset of the penile pain? Only when erect or what? Is it every time or ust sometimes?

Have you discussed this with your urologist? (If you are embarrassed to bring up the issue, you had best give up that emotion. Your medical team has heard worse, believe me.)

I finished proton radiation oct 29th 2024. First Lupron was Aug 22, 2024. My sex drive is non existent but i still can achieve an erection . The pain sensitivity/pain started the last month during sex. I have not talked to the doctor about it but i will next appointment. I was wondering if any body experienced this.
